CICC's staff consists of highly committed and highly competent professionals and paraprofessionals. They are either the "home" CICC staff, who are located at CICC's offices in Studio City, California, or they are "contract" CICC staff who are located in different cities throughout the United States.

The "home" staff is involved in the overall administration of all of CICC's programs and projects. The "contract" staff is hired on an event-by-event basis to lead most of CICC's parenting instructor training workshops and parenting classes and seminars. The majority of these individuals were initially trained by CICC and were selected to run CICC workshops and classes because they were the most talented. The contract staff are often members of the staffs of other excellent organizations and/or have their own consulting firms or private practices.
