Parenting Programs, Information and Classes
Happy to see you! And we hope that your visit to this CICC webpage will make you happy.
Here you will find great ways to learn about child development and to improve your parenting.
To begin with, you can learn about some of the best parenting skill-building programs in the world.
You will find out what they teach. You will find out how to bring them to your community.
And, if you live in a community in Los Angeles County,
you will learn whether you are eligible for attending free classes or seminars in these
exciting programs. Click to go to:

You will also find a great deal of practical information about babies and children up to the age
of five. These early years are particularly important in human development.
By visiting the AS MY CHILD GROWS section, you will be able to learn about and use the new CICC
Discovery Tool. This educational tool allows you to find out if your baby or young child is
developing along the lines of other children his or her age. It also can alert you to whether
your child is experiencing any special developmental needs. If so, the Tool guides you to good
places and people who can help.
Also by visiting the AS MY CHILD GROWS section, you will find the CICC Developmental
Charts. These charts show the skills that are typical of different age children in the early years,
and they let you see what to expect as a child grows.
Have a great visit! |
