The Discovery Tool of the Center for the Improvement of Child Caring (CICC)
consists of a set of questionnaires that parents of young children, and
professionals who work with young children, can take online to learn how a
child is developing in comparison to other children the same age and to learn
whether the child may have special needs that require professional attention.
The Tool then provides a developmental profile that can be printed and
referrals to a variety of useful services.
