This extensive Kit of materials, brochures and guidelines contains everything that is needed to become a successful Encourager Partner with CICC in the National Partnership Campaign to Find and Help Young Children with Special Needs.

The major role of Encourager Partners is to stimulate parents and professionals in their communities to use and benefit from The CICC Discovery Tool and Referral System for identifying and helping young children with special needs. Encourager Partners are also involved in stimulating local organizations and companies to become Co-Sponsoring Partners with CICC. When Encourager Partners are successful, they earn funds to support themselves or their organizations.
